PAYMENTS, CANCELLATIONS & REFUNDS

All payments made to MSMH are for:

  • Advisory services
  • Preparatory work
  • Resource allocation
    Once payment is made, time and resources are immediately allocated to your engagement.

NO REFUNDS POLICY
Due to the nature of our services:

All payments made to MSMH Digital and Tech Solutions Ltd are strictly non-refundable.
This includes but is not limited to:

  • Business Clarity & Feasibility Sessions
  • Advisory services
  • Setup, launch, acquisition, growth, or scale programmes
  • Any consultation or professional service

 

Chargebacks & Payment Disputes


By completing payment, you explicitly agree that:

  • You will not initiate a chargeback or payment dispute for services already rendered or initiated
  • Any concerns must be raised directly with MSMH in writing.

 

We maintain detailed records including:

  • Booking confirmations
  • Communication logs
  • Work timestamps
  • Delivered materials
    These records are used to vigorously challenge and dispute chargebacks.

Cancellations & Rescheduling

  • Missed sessions without at least 24 hours’ notice are forfeited
  • Rescheduling is subject to availability
  • Repeated rescheduling may result in cancellation without refund

Partner Services


Where third-party professionals are introduced:

  • Their services are subject to their own terms
  • MSMH is not liable for third-party outcomes
  • Fees paid to MSMH remain non-refundable
